Abstract: The success of an IT implementation is highly dependent on its users. This research analyses and discusses the acceptance level of a given data and voice service, based on the perception and behaviour on the part of its users. The aim of the research is to determine the factors which affect the acceptance of the data and voice service, as well as the relationships among the factors. The model used in this research is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM). The model seeks to explain the dimensions that affect the acceptance of an IT implementation by its users. This model places the observed attitude of each user based on two variables, namely usefulness and ease of use. The research found other factors that affect the Intention to Use (ITU) and the Actual Usage Behaviour (AUB).

Keywords: Behaviour, TAM, WAN.
